The Ohio National Guard (OHARNG) has a requirement for catered meals from 14-17 November 2024 at Camp Perry Joint Military Training Center, 1000 N. Lawrence Dr., Port Clinton, Ohio 43452.

This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for the requirement is 722230. The size standard is $9,000,000.00

The contractor will provide a menu that will include required components of a nutritionally balanced meal. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific requirements.

This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. The contact will be awarded in in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-2. The basis of award will be price insofar as the low quote complies with the requirements in the PWS.

Responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process.

Please include your SAM Cage code or DUNS number in your quote. Questions are due no later than 10:00AM EST Monday, November 4, 2024.

Quotes are due by 12:00 PM EST November 8, 2024. You must submit your RFQs by email to claudia.j.tenaglia.civ@army.mil. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
