Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject line clearly states “Geotechnical Consulting Services (BID# 24-25)”.

The City of South Portland is seeking bids from qualified firms to investigate and document the existing city-owned property located at 240 Ocean Street, South Portland. The scope of the project will be limited to the identified site and immediate abutting properties and public ways.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the City.
