A MANDATORY meeting and site visit will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026 Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sanborn Elementary School, 90 Lovejoy Road, Andover, MA 01810. Meet at the front entrance to the building.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bud security of CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, or BID BOND issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed to do business in Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
