To eliminate the risk of bidder disqualification based on failure to re-submit in response to an Amendment, as required by the new BC Bid rules, BC Hydro has changed its practice as of November 24, 2022, such that all changes to BC Hydro (including Q&As and Addenda) are now treated as “Addenda” (and not “Amendments”) within the BC Bid rules and, as such, no longer require re-submission by the bidder of any already made submission. Supplier Registration

This opportunity is for Suppliers interested in providing Hydrovac and Hand Digging Services to support BC Hydro Field crews on an as, if, and when required basis across British Columbia.

Please note: Suppliers with contracts under RFSQ13449, RFSQ13449-1,RFSQ13449-2 and RFSQ13449-3,  RFSQ 13449-4, and RFSQ 13449-5  DO NOT NEED TO RESPOND to this opportunity unless otherwise directed.

Delivery or completion date is July 31, 2026 .

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
