Description
The Municipality of the District of Chester (MODC) is seeking submissions for the transfer of sludge from the septage lagoons and leachate ponds into onsite dewatering bags at Kaizer Meadow Environmental Management Centre (KMEMC). The septage facility consists of two (2) lagoons and one (1) equalization pond. The primary and secondary lagoons do not have aeration.
