ICBC has an ongoing requirement for ad hoc Market Research and Consulting Services (the “Research Services”).
There are 2 categories of Research Services:
Category 1: Qualitative
Category 2: Quantitative
ICBC is issuing this RFPQ for the provision of the above categories of Research Services.
ICBC invites interested Proponents to submit Proposals for the respective category/ies for which they have the capability to qualify for a potential award of a Market Research Services Agreement (“MRSA”). Proponents may apply to Category 1, Category 2, or both.
Prospective
vendors
can access the solicitation documents and submit
proposals
through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses
to questions and other information
will also
