This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Supply and Delivery of one (1) Electric or Hybrid Compact SUV as described in Appendix B.
