Bid Description:
Contractors are invited to bid on the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) Flightline Sprinkler Repair project for the
Army Aviation Support Facility at 141 Shamrock Rd in South Burlington, Vermont.
This project consists of but is not limited to demolition of exiting fire suppression system in the hangar and back shop areas.
Installation of new fire suppression system per drawings and specifications. Demolish and remove the exiting fire alarm and
control wiring and devices. Install new fire alarm control wiring and devices for a new pre-action fire alarm system. Install
new Fire alarm panel with detection, supervisory, trouble monitoring and annunciation.

BIDDERS CONFERENCE: August 18, 2026 – 10:00 AM (ET) There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on August 18, 2026 at 10:00 am. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. The meeting will take place in the lower parking lot at 141 Shamrock Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403. The lower parking lot will be the first large parking lot on the right as you pass through the gate. This is considered a secured facility on federal land. Please have a valid drivers license, no firearms, and no drugs to include marijuana. Watch for Pre Bid signs
