KSU - Carpentry Maintenance and Repair Services

Purpose of Procurement
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Kennesaw State University (KSU) is seeking a to establish a contract(s) with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide Carpentry Maintenance and Repair Services to Kennesaw State University as further described in this eRFP.

Scope of Work: Carpentry services primarily involves carpentry repair, replacement, and minor remodeling tasks that include but are not limited to repairing furniture, doors, and cabinets; installing cabinetry, sinks, other fixed items; drywell related tasks; framing; acoustic ceilings; and subflooring installations, etc. on an as needed basis at any KSU-owned or controlled facility, and possibly at privately owned facilities as directed by KSU.

Overview of the eRFP Process: The objective of the eRFP is to select a qualified supplier(s) to provide the goods and/or services outlined in the eRFP to the State Entity.  The eRFP process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from suppliers for potential award.  All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined below.  After evaluating all suppliers¿ responses received prior to the closing date of this eRFP and following negotiations (if any) and resolution of any contract exceptions, the preliminary results of the eRFP process will be publicly announced, including the names of all participating suppliers and the evaluation results.  Subject to the protest process, final contract award(s) will be publicly announced thereafter.

Only electronic bids/proposals submitted via the Jaggaer Sourcing Director by the closing deadline will be considered. No emailed or faxed bids/proposals will be accepted. KSU reserves the right to request further documents.
