Construction Professional Services for FY25 and FY26 Contruction Projects Towns Co ES, MS, HS

The Towns County Board of Education (TCBOE) (OWNER), is soliciting proposals from Construction Professionals/firms interested in providing Construction Professional (CP) services for the construction of multiple improvements to the Towns County Middle/High and Elementary School campus as well as transportation facility upgrades. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to identify potential providers of the above mentioned services. CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REQUIREMENTS The CP will be expected to work collaboratively with the Design Professional to provide preconstruction services which may include, without limitation, technical review, cost verification, cost evaluation, value engineering, schedule development, and schedule evaluation, in addition to management of the construction. In addition, the CP will be responsible for methods of construction, safety, and the scheduling and coordination of the work of all construction and miscellaneous contracts required for completion of the project within its predetermined budget and schedule. The successful CP will be required to work collaboratively with the Owner's consultants.
