Summary

Purpose of Solicitation: (3 -Year Master Agreement Renewing Annually)
Dumpster services requested for the following lab:

Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences
Montgomery Medical
8160 AUM Drive
Montgomery, AL 36117

  1. Vendor to provide one 4-yard front-load dumpster container for trash collection.
  2. The container shall be serviced responsibly once weekly.
  3. The preferred pickup day is Wednesday or Thursday; however, the selected vendor shall coordinate the final scheduled pickup day with the Montgomery Medical office.
  4. Billing to be on a monthly basis.
  5. The agreement shall be for a three-year period, with annual renewals. Vaild Period beginning at the time of award until 09/30/2029.
  6. Vendor to provide all equipment, labor, transportation, disposal, and any other services necessary to complete weekly trash collection.
  7. Service shall be performed in a timely and consistent manner to avoid missed pickups, overflow, or disruption to office operations.
  8. Additional pickups may be requested on an as-needed basis if circumstances require.
