Description

Crude Oil Analyzer Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for one Crude Oil Analyzer to be delivered in Ottawa, Ontario. Interested suppliers must meet all mandatory evaluation criteria in the Annex Technical Evaluation Criteria. This contract term is one year from award to acceptance, with up to four optional one-year extensions for services detailed in the Annex Statemen of Requirement. The bidder is solely responsible to request oil sample required for the Proof of instrument performance from Canada. An oil sample will be made upon request. Interested bidders must email the Contracting Authority December 16, 2025 at 14:00 EST to request a sample. Bidders shall be provided with their contact information and shipment details to facilitate delivery and analysis. Important: Request received after the deadline will not be accepted. No Extensions will be granted under any circumstances due to tight timeline. All requested samples will be shipped by December 18, 2025 after the deadline. All test reports must be submitted with bid by solicitation closing date and time
