The U.S. Forest Service, Washington Office of Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, At-Incident Management Services Branch, Cache Team, at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho, will be requesting quotes for the delivery of a total of 424 polyvinyl chloride (PVC), collapsible “lay-flat” discharge hose assemblies, 3" x 25', with female & male camlock quick couplers attached, cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System as item NFES 0621, to be delivered in various quantities to eight (8) separate locations as described in the Solicitation when it is issued. The Solicitation Procurement Instrument Identifier (PIID) is 1202SC25Q2711.

This Solicitation will be advertised as set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 332912 – Fluid Power Valve and Hose Fitting Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a single Fixed-Price Purchase Order without engaging in any discussions, negotiations, or requesting any price revisions.
