Update 18 Sep 25: Amendment 3 of the RFP has been posted. It does contain the Amended RFP along with respective attachments and answers to Industry’s questions. All NAICS Code protests were dismissed by SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals.

Update 17 Aug 25: Amendment 2 of the RFP was generated but not posted due to ystem issues.

Update 13 Aug 25: Amendment 1 of the RFP has been posted. This amendment relates to the Small Business Administration NAICs appeals submitted by Vistra Communications, LLC, Cyntel Technologies, LLC, Agile IT Synergy, LLC, and Atalo Solutions, Inc.

4 Aug 25: The professional support services being sought are to support the United States Marine Corps Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope of the requirement includes professional services for MARCENT in the areas of command element, manpower, intelligence, operations, logistics, planning, communications, Operations Plans (OPLANS), Concepts Plans (CONPLANS), strategy development, doctrinal reviews, operational policy reviews, crisis action planning, deliberate planning support, training and educational plans, and wargaming exercise support within the continnental United States (CONUS) and outside continnental United States (OCONUS).
