The Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for conducting state and federal regulatory requirements for two city-owned closed landfills. This includes, but is not limited to, groundwater monitoring, soil vapor monitoring, and other environmental and engineering services, as well as generating the required reports as mandated by the New Mexico Environment Department’s (NMED) Solid Waste Bureau (SWB) and Ground Water Bureau (GWB)
