SLED is seeking to purchase a highly rugged, single-operator-portable, observation-and-intervention-class underwater remote operated vehicle (ROV) system optimized for explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), mine countermeasures (MCM), maritime security, and infrastructure inspection in high-risk environments. The complete system (vehicle, control console, tether, and hand controller) shall meet or exceed every mandatory requirement listed below without exception.
