Project Description: Hillsborough County Facilities Management & Real Estate Services Department seeks additional qualified Consultant Appraisers to those firms previously approved by the Board on December 18, 2024, for ongoing and as-needed appraisal services through November 30, 2027, at a total aggregate cost of $1,000,000.00. Consultant Appraisers who are interested in doing business with Hillsborough County must complete Attachment B - Consultant Appraiser Pre-Qualification Application and submit it along with photocopies of your current Florida General Appraiser certification and professional liability/E&O policy. For selection procedures and insurance requirements, refer to Attachment A - Procedures for Selection of Qualified Appraisers and Attachment C - Insurance Requirements
The County will only accept applications submitted through its electronic bidding system (Bonfire).
