Bids will be received for single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. An open pre-bid meeting, non-mandatory for all General Contractors interested in bidding, will be held at 2pm on February 23, 2026 in the Conference Room of the Town of Apex Mason Street Municipal Building at 322 N Mason Street, Apex, NC 27502. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
