Description
Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for monthly, seasonal, mid-year and annual preventative mechanical maintenance on all mechanical systems at government buildings in specific locations identified in Annex A.
The period of the Contract is twenty-four (24) months. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional twelve (12) month option period(s) under the same conditions.
Security Requirements: There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per location will be recommended for award of a contract for a specific location with the lowest bid amount.
Up to two (2) contracts may result from the solicitation process. A bid must clearly indicate which location(s) they choose to offer services.

Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
