Title: Support and Expertise for IT Infrastructure and Software Development Projects

REQUIREMENT

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the Western Region for the following categories:

•        Level 3 –Application/Software Architect

•        Level 3 –Programmer/software developer

•        Level 2 – Intermediate Programmer/software developer

The following Supply Arrangement Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

-        Altis Recruitment & Technology Inc.

-        Convergence Concepts Inc.

-        Eagle Professional Resources Inc.

-        EXPERIS CANADA INC.

-        Factr Limited

-        IBISKA Telecom Inc.

-        KOVASYS INC

-        MaxSys Staffing & Consulting Inc.

-        Nisha Technologies Inc.

-        Prologic Systems Ltd.

-        S.I. SYSTEMS ULC

-        SAPPER LABS INC., ELECTRONIC WARFARE ASSOCIATES - CANADA, LTD, in joint venture

-        Sierra Systems Group Inc.

-        Transatlantic Business Consulting Inc.

Description of Work:

The Canada Energy Regulator requires a contractor to provide expertise and support in Information Technology development projects, including but limited to secure web-based applications. Work will be requested on an as and when required basis.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATE

The contract period will be for one (1) year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two (2) additional one-year periods

SECURITY REQUIREMENT

There is a security requirement associated with this bid solicitation (Part 6).

ENQUIRIES

Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than four (4) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
