CONSOLIDATED WEED CONTROL FOR WESTERN SIDE OF KANSAS CITY DISTRICT FACILITIES

Amendment 001:

The purpose of this amendment is to update the following:

- Attachement J-3, KC District Weed Control Pricing, was updated to include the pricing for touch-ups.

- Attachment J-5, Customer Satisfaction Survey, was updated to correct the Solicitation number.

- The information in the description, changed the question due date form October 26, 2022 to October 26, 2026.

- The information in the description changed Contracting officer email from Jennifer.J.Davis@faa.gov to marshavia.clark@faa.gov

All other terms and conditions remain the same.

This Solicitation (SIR) is for Weed Control for the Western side of the Kansas City District to be completed as required in the Statement of Work (SOW) that is located as attachment J-1 of the attached Solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00432.

This acquisition is set aside for small business.  The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561730 – Landscaping Services.

The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract.

Site Visits are optional. To schedule a site visit please contact POC listed for each site in SOW.

Questions or comments pertaining to this SIR must be submitted in written form via email to Marshavia Clark, Contracting Officer, at marshavia.clark@faa.gov no later than 12 noon Central Time on Monday, October 26, 2026.  Questions and responses that clarify the SIR may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified.  Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the SIR will be made by 5:00 pm Central Time on Monday, November 2, 2026.
