The City of Georgetown (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)for construction of Fire Logistics Building. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the City staff and Architect to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the Project.
Sealed proposals may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on of before September 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
