Project Description: The vision for the Salt Lake North Temple Station is to create a thriving, walkable, multi-family neighborhood that leverages the commuter rail station to create an integral part of the Salt Lake North Temple community with multiple transportation options. The area is redeveloping into a part of the downtown destination that provides abundant opportunities for employment, living, shopping, recreation, and more, which all work together to create a great place.
UTA is seeking a partner to facilitate development on its own property at the Salt Lake North Temple Station consistent with the vision and objectives of the Salt Lake Central Station Area Plan (SLCSAP).
