Notice is given that on August 25, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly
open separate sealed bids for St. Paul OMF EBC Additional Workstations, Project Number 63402,
Contract Number 26P150.
The work of this project includes demolition and removal of existing office walls, doors, furniture, card
readers, equipment, relocation of printers, furnish and install new architectural improvements, including
patching door openings, new carpet, and required sealants. Additional work includes the installation of
conduit, junction boxes, power, HVAC infrastructure, and communications cabling required to support
the new workstations, including termination of all electrical and data cabling.
