Roof System Requirements
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the roof replacement as specified herein. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable building codes, manufacturer specifications, and recognized industry standards. A site visit is required for all bidders. This visit will need to be scheduled with the Construction and Facilities Department. Bids may be rejected if a site visit is not completed and documented through the Construction and Facilities Department.
