Charter Coach Services

The Purchasing Office of the Cedar Rapids Community School District requests your proposal for services. All prices are to be bid F.O.B 2500 Edgewood Rd NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405. Do not include Federal or State Tax in costs submitted.

The Purchasing Office and/or Board of Directors reserve the right to reject any and all proposals or any part thereof, and to waive informalities and to enter into such contract or contracts as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Cedar Rapids Community School District, in the County of Linn, State of Iowa.

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received electronically before 10:15am on Tuesday, February 18th, for Charter Coach Services as requested by the Cedar Rapids Community School District. The District will only accept proposals submitted through the District's Online E-Procurement portal system (IonWave). Email, fax or hard copy submittals are not acceptable.

Suppliers are solely responsible for correctly submitting their response into the electronic system (IonWave). The District bears no responsibility for delays or errors in submittal of response by the Supplier.

Proposals will be opened on Tuesday, February 18th, at 10:15am CST (our clock).

Technical proposals will be evaluated promptly after unsealing. Providers whose technical proposals meet the District’s requirements may be invited for an in-person or virtual interview should District Staff need more clarity beyond technical proposals submitted. Interviews are t entatively scheduled for Wednesday February 19th. RFP award results will not be given over the telephone or prior to award. Bids may be withdrawn any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids; no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days thereafter.
