Project Description: Sealed bids will be received by the Horsham Water and Sewer Authority online at PennBid™ - https://pennbid.bonfire.com until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at which time the bids shall be opened for: MIRIA PHASE 3 House Connections Contract No. 24-11 The work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment and materials to install residential water services from existing water mains, including plumbing work by a plumber licensed in Horsham Township, and abandonment of private wells by a licensed well driller, as described elsewhere in the Project Manual and/or shown on the Drawings. The work is contained under one unit price contract. All Bid Documents and solicitation details are available online via the PennBidTM Program – https://pennbid.bonfire.com. Click on the “Open Public Opportunities” tabs then “View Opportunity” button for the project. Only bids submitted online at PennBidTM – https://pennbid.bonfire.com by the date and time above will be considered and opened. The Horsham Water and Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, to waive any informality in the bids or to make an award to such Bidder who, in the judgement of the Authority makes the most advantageous bid. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. The project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 442, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended, and prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the PA Department of Labor and Industry. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Questions will be received on PennBidTM only until 5:00 P.M., prevailing time on Friday, February 14, 2025.
