OWNERS PROJECT MANAGEMENT / OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES

The Town of Trumbull on Behalf of the Board of Education and its selected Building Committee (hereinafter referred to as Town) invites interested parties (hereinafter referred to as OPM) to submit qualifications based on the requirements of the enclosed RFP. The Town of Trumbull on Behalf of the Board of Education and its selected Building Committee is seeking a qualified firm to provide Project Management / Owner’s Representative Services (OPM) for the planning and construction of the new $142,375,000 (approximately) 145,000 SF Hillcrest Middle School Project.. The OPM will assist the Building Committee and Town during the design, bid, construction and close-out phases of the Project. The OPM will also assist the district in analyzing alternatives and in seeking the best-value options for the Project.
