The purpose of this project is to provide pre-construction and construction services for a multi-component public infrastructure and park improvement project. The project includes the rehabilitation of James Parkway, Puryear Drive, Francis Drive, and enhancements to Mabel Clare Thomas Park, located at 1300 James Parkway, College Station, TX 77840.
The selected firm will begin in a support role for preconstruction services alongside the design team. The selected CMAR will assume the risk of delivering the project through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. The CMAR firm will also be responsible for the construction means and methods.
