The City of Irving is seeking qualified contractors to provide automotive fluids and lubricants for the Fleet Services Division on an as-needed basis. Products supplied under this contract shall meet or exceed the specifications identified herein.
Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
