Tarleton State University (“Tarleton” or “University”) is soliciting proposals from experienced, qualified, and financially stable firms (“Contractor”) to manage two related but distinct service areas under one agreement:
Campus Digital Advertising Program – Management of advertising across non-athletics digital assets, including campus digital signage, guest Wi-Fi and 5G networks, and other approved digital platforms.
Intercollegiate Athletics Multimedia Rights (MMR) Program – Exclusive management of sponsorship, advertising, and multimedia rights for Tarleton Athletics and Rodeo, including broadcast, venue, digital, and partnership activations.
The University seeks a Contractor capable of delivering a comprehensive, strategically aligned solution that enhances revenue, elevates institutional visibility, supports student-athlete Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities where permissible, and strengthens campus and corporate relationships.
