The magnitude of construction for this effort is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000.

This project will provide an approximately 8,202 gross square foot building consisting of a multi-story, high bay area to house the CRH-OFT simulator, with a single-story area containing CRH mission planning, briefing and debriefing rooms, administrative areas for training and support staff, OFT maintenance and parts storage rooms, secure and non-secure tele-communication rooms, latrine facilities and mechanical, electrical and utility support rooms utilizing conventional design and construction.

Main entrance doors will be a pair of anodized aluminum storefront entrance doors with insulating glass including a sidelight. The Mechanical, Electrical, Sim Bay and secondary egress doors will be painted, insulated hollow metal door and frames with controlled access. Antiterrorism/Force Protection elements are incorporated. Supporting facilities include landscaping, utilities, pavements, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, site improvements, communications support, cybersecurity control systems, and tempest security.
