The Colorado Governors Office of Information Technology (OIT) states herein its belief that only one source, Intellichoice (dba Force), exists from which to obtain Colorado Trusted Interoperability Platform services providing jail integration participation, per the accompanying Sole Source Justification form. OIT intends to purchase these services from Intellichoice.
This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that Intellichoice is the sole source for these deployment and configuration services because of the State's use of Intellichoice's Jail Management Software product.
