2025 Pavement Rehabilitation

This contract is to provide road reconstruction, milling and/or bituminous concrete overlays of various streets in the City of Norwich. Other work shall include maintenance and protection of traffic, resetting catch basin tops, lower and raise manholes as needed, tack coating, repair of driveways, installation of bituminous concrete curbing, loam and seeding, removal of concrete roadway, removal of concrete driveway aprons, dust control and restoration of pavement markings.
