APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a AV System Installation. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. Required is a quote that shows what parts are being provided, to ensure it complies with the statement of work. All workers must be able to undergo the required vetting to obtain proper base access without any scheduling delays.
All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Respond to Gwynn Hartkopf by email to gwynn.l.hartkopf.civ@us.navy.mil, The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) for N6893626Q5111 will be posted on the Contract Opportunities hosted on beta.SAM.gov website at https://fbohome.sam.gov/ on or about (5-13-2026)
Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Unique Entity ID number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration. More information can be found at www.gsa.gov/samupdate.
Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within Contract Opportunities. See the DLIS website for registration details: https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/jcp/search.aspx
