Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of Tax-Exempt Master Lease financing to Fairfax County, Virginia (the County, Fairfax County or the Lessee). Terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Form of Master Lease Agreement in Attachment A.
