This is an on-call contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for tree maintenance services, and emergency response, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of all phases of tree management, care, maintenance, and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. The work shall be located in the City of Seaside, CA. Individual Work Orders shall be for all phases of tree management and maintenance, including planting, care, maintenance, pruning, and removal.
