The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified companies to renovate the City’s Moser Building, located at 2101 Moser Drive, Henderson, Nevada.
Scope includes the addition of three (3) new 14’-0” high non-load bearing demising walls creating a new Traffic Warehouse and IT Radio Tech Storage Room within the existing Moser Building Shell. The scope also includes the addition of multiple duplex outlets, quad outlets, data ports, plugmold, and the addition of (8) new ceiling mounted light fixtures. Two (2) new doors will have Millenium Access Controls added that match the City’s standards.
