The MELISSA application is an address verification and parsing tool that will provide address validation certified by the United States Postal Service. Melissa has global address validation for over 240 + counties. The tool includes Geocodes and Geopoints data that can assist with identifying precinct/polling locations. The verification is done in real-time, constantly updating the application using an API.
