Description

This Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) is being issued under the authority of prototype Other Transaction Authority (pOTA) 10 U.S.C. 4022 by the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Operational Medical Systems (OPMED) Project Management Office located in Frederick, Maryland, at Fort Detrick. The requirement is needed by the Warfighter Expeditionary Medicine and Treatment Project Management Office (WEMT PMO) within DHA OPMED for medical oxygen generation. Please see the attached Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) and attachments for additional information.
