The general scope of this project is for installation, testing, and commissioning services to add post indicator valve (PIV) system supervision and protection and update the fire zones and add voice alarms in building 78.
The total project duration for this project is not to exceed 180 days from the date of the NTP issuance. This includes all processes starting with submission and approval of all submittals and ending with final punch list completion.
The NAICS code is 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The small business standard is $19.0 M. The cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
