Actual Contract Amount must be entered on "Official Bid Document" and submitted as an attachment in the e-procurement system. Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** Interior renovation and replacement of all exterior doors and existing entry system at the front of the building to a blast rated system. Plumbing upgrades include a new plumbing fixtures in renovated shower rooms, new water heaters and recirculating hot water system, and replacement of all below slab cast iron sanitary piping. Mechanical upgrades include replacing all DX split systems, new restroom exhaust systems, replacement radiant heaters in the Drill Hall, and upgrades to the Automated Logic Corp building automation system provided via allowance by Emcor. Electrical upgrades include new LED light fixtures with occupancy sensor lighting controls throughout the building, relocation of the IT room, and new data cabling throughout the building. Allowance No. 1: Include the sum of $ 75,000.00 for HVAC BAS Controls provided by EMCOR Services, as specified in Section 230923 Direct Digital Control (DDC) System For HVAC. |
