Project Description: The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Employment Drug and Alcohol Testing for Eligible Users within the State of Utah. This RFP may result in multiple contract awards.
Length of Contract: Five (5) Years. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for one year. Administrative Fee: .25% (one quarter of one percent)
