Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contract with a qualified independent accounting firm to furnish auditing services for the Unified Police Department (UPD). The contract resulting from this solicitation will be for a term of five (5) years and may be renewed for one (1) additional five (5)-year term, subject to annual appropriation. Renewals will be initiated at the sole discretion of UPD and completed in writing with mutual consent. Bids may be submitted via the State of Utah’s Purchasing Platform, U3P/Bonfire, or emailed to Amanda Watrous at awatrous@unifiedpoliceut.gov by Friday, January 31st, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. MST. All offerors are expected to thoroughly read all documents contained in the Request for Proposal including any and all attachments.
