CITY OF LAWRENCE
INVITATION FOR BIDS
The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids for a qualified Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor.
Summary of services to be performed include, but are not limited to, testing for lead-based paint as outlined in the Massachusetts Lead Law and the Federal Lead Safe Housing Rule, site sampling, completion and submission of lead paint inspection reports, re-inspection prior to re-occupancy and issuance of letters of compliance, and providing full risk assessments reports.
Sealed Bids, marked “LEAD PAINT INSPECTOR/RISK ASSESSOR –Sealed Bid” will be received until 2:00 pm June 25, 2025 at the Office of the City Clerk, 200 Common Street Room 107 Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The bid packages are available for download from https://www.cityoflawrence.com/Bids.aspx at 9:00 a.m. on June 10, 2025.
