Questions: All questions regarding this request for proposals shall be directed to the state U3P Q & A web portal. The Q&A session deadline is Wednesday February 5, 2025 at 3PM.
Submission: Proposals must be submitted before the deadline of February 10, 2025 at 8:00 AM. Proposals must be submitted through the RFP posting located on the Utah Public Procurement Place (UP3).
Pre-bid Conference: A Pre-proposal meeting will be held at the City of Cedar Hills Office on Monday February 3, 2025, at 1:30 PM. The address is 10246 N Canyon Road Cedar Hills, Utah 84062. This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
