Project Description: The Town of Fairfield ("Town"), on behalf of its Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF), is soliciting pricing proposals from qualified Contractors for the isolation, disconnection, removal, and replacement of the existing Make-Up Air (MUA) Unit located at the Return Activated Sludge (RAS) Building, 330 Richard White Way, Fairfield, CT 06824.
The replacement unit shall be an in-kind replacement utilizing a Reznor Model RPBL500 or an approved equal. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in a complete and operational manner.
