Ecolo Environmental Odor Control Products and Service

Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement to Precision Compaction Services LLC dba Precision Odor Control for the provision of Ecolo Odor Control products and service to eradicate odor particulates in the air.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from Ecolo Environmental Inc., dated January 9, 2025, provided to serve as confirmation that Precision Odor Control is the exclusive distributor for the sale and service of their Ecolo Odor Control products for bidding year 2025.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
