The TIFT COUNTYSCHOOLSYSTEM willreceive proposals on or before Monday, December 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. for General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) services for the following projects: 1. Middle School¿ Construction of a 1,200 FTE 7th and 8th Grade Middle School (to include athletic fields and support areas)
2. Multi-Purpose Practice Field Improvements TCHS¿ Construction of Athletic Field Improvements and Fieldhouse inclusive of demolition of existing facilities
3. 6th Grade School¿ Construction of a 600 FTE 6th Grade School inclusive of demolition of existing facilities
Summary of scope of work: The Tift County School System seeks to hire a Construction Management Firm for the above named projects with scheduling to be determined at a later date. All proposals timely received will be opened publicly at the time and place specified above. The Tift County School System may award a contract to the responsible and responsive offeror whose proposal is determined in writing to be the most advantageous, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set for in the request for proposals. Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of proposals. Any proposal received after the time and date specified shall not be considered
