The City of Valdez Public Works Department are auctioning off the following item:
For sale is a 2008 Peterbilt 320 Cab-Over-Engine refuse collection truck equipped with a 10.8L L6 diesel engine. This trash truck was previously used for municipal or commercial waste hauling but is currently inoperable. The mechanical condition is unknown, and no diagnostics or inspections have been performed. The vehicle is being sold as-is and is not roadworthy in its current state. Due to its unknown condition and lack of functionality, it is recommended strictly for parts or scrap. The truck may show typical wear from prior fleet use, and interior or exterior components may be incomplete or damaged. Buyer is responsible for all transport and removal arrangements. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied.
